1. Q?I am a novice foreign trade, how to finish an order?

   A?First of all, you can contact us by email, our professional staff will give you answer any questions,


2. Q: Do you accept urgent orders?  A: Yes we do.

3. Q: do you accept custom designs?  A: yes, custom design is welcome.

4. Do you have any MOQ limit for badge? A: 50pcs per item


5. When I re-order, should I pay the mold fee again?

- NO, we'll keep each mold for 3 years, during this time, you can re-order without mold fee.


6. Express shipping is too high, any other options for shipping?

- Yes, we could also ship via China Post, E-package, or agent express with low cost.


7. My crafts need to display, any show box?

- Yes, we could also provide plastic box, paper box, velvet box for pins, medals, etc.


8. I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it?

- For most items, it will need only 3-7 days when in a rush. Depending on your item, our sales will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.


9. UPS / TNT / DHL Express lost / broken my package, how could I do?

- If you didn't receive it in time, please let us know, we'll check with express and get you an answer.

- If you just receive part of your products, some cartons lost or broken, please complain with the shipper and take a photo when you touch them. Let us know at first time, and send us the photos, we'll re-make the lost items for you for free and make claim on this to express.


10. I received the package but it wrong, how could I do?

- If you provide wrong info and confirmed wrong artwork or production plan, then sorry you will afford to re-make them.

- If we made products wrong with our artwork or production plan, we'll re-make for you for free.

- If you are in a rush for the wrong items, so have no time for the re-making, please be kind to accept our sorry and discount for you.


11. if I want to checking the quality first, how can I do it?

    Existing sample is free, client just pay for the shipping cost. If sample not in stock will be charge the cost, customized sample the cost will be based on design.


12. Payment term:

    30% deposit and balance before delivery for bulk order, or against B/L copy if ship by sea. Payment transfer through bank TT, PayPal or western union.


13. Shipment term: DHL, FED, TNT, UPS, EMS, or by air, by sea deliver, Small quantity is advised to deliver by express.


14. Q: What is your quality standard?

    A: all of our order are complied to standard at AQL. We have our inspection team to make the inspection from the start of production, middle production and final inspection after everything is finished! Also we will offer our        customer free pieces of items for replacement for some missing defectives during the inspection


Check below for more information on placing an order:


1. Inquiry-Professional quotation.

2. Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc.

3. Sales send the Proforma Invoice with seal.

4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.

5. Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment, And will make the samples according to your request, send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time.

6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in. Confirm the estimated delivery time again.

7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection.

8. Clients make payment for balance and Freedom Ship the goods. Also can accept payment term-Balance against B/L Copy payment Term. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients.

9. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them.

10. Feedback to Freedom about Quality, Service, Market Feedback & Suggestion. And we can do better.
